Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

Offer is available to clients who list and successfully close a transaction with Sapphire Homes Realty.

Use of the moving truck is subject to availability and scheduling.

Usage Period

Truck may be used for up to 1 day (24 hours) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Additional time may be available for an extra fee.

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required prior to use.

Deposit will be returned after the truck is inspected and determined to be clean and in good condition.

Driver Requirements

Driver must be 21 yrs old, posessed a valid Texas Driver License meet insurance requirements and is required to provide proof of insurance.

Insurance & Liability

User is responsible for any damage, accidents, tickets, toll fees, or violations incurred during use.

Sapphire Homes Realty is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property.

Fuel

Truck must be returned with the same fuel level as provided.

Refueling charges will apply if not returned at the same level.

Condition of Vehicle

Truck must be returned in clean condition.

Cleaning or damage fees may apply if necessary.

Scheduling

Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis.

Dates are not guaranteed until confirmed.

Geographic Limit

Truck use isbe limited to local moves within 25 miles from zipcode 77523.

Non-Transferable

Offer is non-transferable and only valid for the client listed on the transaction.

Right to Refuse

Sapphire Homes Realty reserves the right to refuse use of the truck if terms are not met or for safety concerns.
